stipend of $26,000 per year (effective June 1, 2010) will be provided
throughout the period of graduate training to all accepted students.

4. Health Insurance
Students who obtain
their own insurance or are covered by their parents or spouse may fill
out the appropriate waiver form. This waiver form must be forwarded to
the insurance company for verification of coverage. The insurance
company must provide proof that this policy provides benefits at least
equal to those required by the University of Miami.
