Ordering transcripts ONLINE is available on myUM at http://myum.miami.edu. Simply log onto myUM, go to Student Records and click on Order Transcripts.

A Transcript Request Form for mailing or faxing can also be downloaded from the Office of the Registrar's Web site. Please note that the "Important Notes Section" entitled MEDICAL STUDENTS is for medical students (M.D.) ONLY and does not apply to you.
